Job Title: Senior Manager - Taxation
Job Summary:
Baker Tilly Canada Cooperative is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Taxation to join our tax practice in Toronto or Vancouver. As a Senior Manager - Taxation, you will be responsible for managing tax engagements, providing tax advice to clients, and contributing to the growth of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tax engagements and provide tax advice to clients
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies for clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients at a senior level
- Review and approve technical research and tax planning recommendations
- Mentor and coach staff to their highest potential
- Identify client service opportunities
Requirements:
- Experience in taxation and tax planning
- Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership and management skills
