Key Responsibilities:

* Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient sales processes
* Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
* Plan and organize daily operations to meet sales targets
* Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
* Determine merchandise and services to be sold
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sales
* Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting sales targets

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
* Strong understanding of market research and trends
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
* Client focus, flexibility, judgement, organized, and team player
