Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Kim's Mart. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Sales and Reporting: Meet or exceed sales targets, prepare sales reports, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive store environment.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience.
- Work Setting: Retail business.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
