Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately
  • Follow up on orders and corporate requests promptly
  • Resolve customer service issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Recommend related or alternative products to meet customer needs
  • Maintain technical product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and sales
  • Electrician certification or sales training is an asset
  • Good knowledge of the electrical distribution market
