About the Role

Stonewood Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Vice President of Technology and Innovation to lead our IT and digital transformation efforts. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our technology strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and driving innovation to stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technology Strategy and Planning

Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives innovation.

IT Operations and Management

Oversee the planning, development, and support of our technology solutions and infrastructure, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our stakeholders.

Project Management

Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver complex technology projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Vendor Management

Manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring optimal pricing, service levels, and innovation.

Business Partnership

Collaborate with senior business leaders to understand their technology needs and develop solutions that drive business value.

Requirements
  1. Education

Post-secondary technical education, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering.

Experience

At least 20 years of experience in information technology, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in a dynamic organization.

Skills

Exceptional project management skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive innovation and change.
