Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at St. George Banquet Hall Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for our clients. This includes developing menus, supervising cooking staff, and ensuring that all food meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and exceed their expectations.
  • Supervise and train cooking staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable about our menu offerings and can prepare dishes to our high standards.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in a safe and sanitary manner.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our menu demands.
  • Work closely with our events team to ensure that all catering requests are met and that our clients are satisfied with their dining experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques to ensure that our menu offerings remain innovative and exciting.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful menus and leading a kitchen team.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
