Job Title: Executive Chef

Golfplay Inc is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and supervising kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for our restaurant
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations
  • Hire and train staff
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and team player with strong time management skills
