Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Silver Cascade Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Job Summary:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to ensure consistency and quality in our dishes.
  • Monitor and control food costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Monitor and control labor costs to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading a team and managing culinary operations.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
