Territory Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Representative to join our Global Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team in the BC Interior and surrounding areas. As a Territory Representative, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive cleaning and sanitation program to our customers in the QSR industry.
Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair our chemical dispensing, dishwasher, and water filtration systems to ensure proper function and appearance.
- Grow sales and retain existing customers by merchandizing solutions and providing service excellence.
- Gain new sales through new products and customers.
- Provide customers with feedback and training on cleaning and sanitation through high-quality surveys.
- Complete Value Visit surveys based on the customer's required visit frequency and provide feedback and coaching to support store needs.
- Facilitate the sale of Ecolab products by making suggestions for improvements with existing products and new innovations.
- Complete the Serv-Safe training and become certified.
- Develop and enhance existing relationships with customers while working independently and maintaining your own schedule.

This is a field-based position that requires travel to the following locations and surrounding areas:
The interior of British Columbia (from Prince Rupert to Cranbrook and the surrounding areas). Applicants must live in Kelowna (or close surrounding areas).
Overnight travel: Approximately 40% throughout the BC Interior.
Weekend rotation: Rotating weekend coverage based on customer needs (once every 11 weeks).
Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma. Post-secondary education preferred.
- 1-2 years of food industry experience preferred. New graduates welcome.
- Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- Availability to provide emergency call assistance, which may occur at night, on weekends, and over holidays.
- Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings.
- No immigration sponsorship available.
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination may be required at some customer sites.
Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly.
