About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Representative to join our Global Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team. As a Territory Representative, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive cleaning and sanitation program to our customers in the QSR industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair our chemical dispensing, dishwasher, and water filtration systems to ensure proper function and appearance.
  • Grow sales and retain existing customers by merchandizing solutions and providing service excellence.
  • Gain new sales through new products and customers.
  • Provide customers with feedback and training on cleaning and sanitation through high-quality surveys.
  • Complete Value Visit surveys based on the customer's required visit frequency and provide feedback and coaching to support store needs.
  • Facilitate the sale of Ecolab products by making suggestions for improvements with existing products and new innovations.
  • Complete the Serv-Safe training and become certified.
  • Develop and enhance existing relationships with customers while working independently and maintaining your own schedule.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary education preferred.
  • 1-2 years of food industry experience, with new graduates welcome.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Availability to provide emergency call assistance, which may occur at night, on weekends, and over holidays.
  • Ability to travel to the US for training and meetings.
  • No immigration sponsorship available.
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination may be required at some customer sites.
