Job Title: Territory Representative, Quick Service Restaurants

We are seeking a Territory Representative to join our team at Ecolab, a global leader in cleaning, sanitation, and food safety.

Job Summary:

The Territory Representative will be responsible for managing a territory of customers in the quick service restaurant (QSR) sector, providing them with a comprehensive cleaning and sanitation program developed specifically for the industry. This role requires a strong understanding of the QSR market, excellent communication and sales skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to grow sales and retain business
  • Prospect and acquire new customers, providing them with Ecolab's cleaning and sanitation solutions
  • Install, maintain, and repair Ecolab's chemical dispensing, dishwasher, and water filtration systems
  • Provide customers with feedback and training on cleaning and sanitation best practices
  • Complete Value Visit surveys and provide feedback to customers on their cleaning and sanitation programs
  • Facilitate the sale of Ecolab products by making suggestions for improvements and new innovations
  • Develop and enhance existing relationships with customers, working independently and maintaining a flexible schedule

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in the food service industry; new graduates welcome
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Ability to travel to the US for training and meetings
  • No immigration sponsorship available
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination may be required at some customer sites

Physical Demands:

Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly
