Insurance Sales Representative Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented individual to join our team at Asif Khan Insurance Agency Inc. as an Insurance Sales Representative.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and exceed sales growth targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance and financial needs.
  • Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate clients about insurance options and provide personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with agents to establish and meet marketing goals.
Qualifications:
  • Property and Casualty license OTL (obtainable within a reasonable timeframe).
  • Life and Health license (obtainable within a reasonable timeframe).
  • Strong understanding of social media and technology.
  • Product/sales experience (required).
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous insurance experience in property and casualty disciplines, such as underwriting, claims, sales, or service, is an asset.
Compensation:
  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Base salary range $42,000-$55,000 (annually), varying with experience.
  • P & C and Financial Services production commissions.
  • Performance bonus and Annual Travel bonus (discretionary).
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, and personal day off.
  • Dental care and Vision care insurance after probation period.
  • Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm.
