We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented individual to join our team at Altamash Syed Insurance Agency Ltd. as an Insurance Sales Representative.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing personalized relationships with clients, creating a climate of trust, and educating them on our insurance products. They will also be responsible for seizing sales opportunities, working with agents to establish and meet marketing goals, and using a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options.
Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Create a climate of trust with clients to facilitate the sale of insurance products.
- Work with agents to establish and meet marketing goals, including sales targets and product offerings.
- Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized advice.
- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to relate to customers and understand their needs.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to success.
- Organized and able to problem-solve.
- Ability to work as a team and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Attention to detail and strong understanding of social media and technology.
- OTL/RIBO certification (required).
- Life and Health license (LLQP) - must be able to obtain.
- Good understanding of social media and technology.
- Product/sales experience (required).
- College diploma in a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Previous insurance experience in various property and casualty disciplines (underwriting, claims, sales, or service).
- Goal-oriented and passionate about the client advisory role.
- Integrity and ability to do the right thing.
- Eager to learn new skills and adapt to a changing environment.
- Ability to enhance the work culture and team environment.
