Insurance Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. As a representative of Kathleen King - Desjardins Insurance Agent, you will have the opportunity to work with a boutique-style office in Burlington, ON, and provide excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet sales goals.
Requirements:
  • OTL or RIBO preferred (Insurance License) - training will be provided if necessary.
  • Sales experience is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive problem-solving and dedication to customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task and make presentations to potential customers.
  • Property & Casualty license is preferred, but must be able to obtain.
