Insurance Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Altamash Syed Insurance Agency Ltd. as an Insurance Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized telephone contact and a climate of trust conducive to the sale of insurance policies.
  • Provide expert advice and education to clients on our insurance products, ensuring adherence to company underwriting policies.
  • Identify and seize sales opportunities, solicitation, and product offers to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with agents to establish and meet marketing goals, utilizing a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience with a successful track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Self-motivated and able to relate to customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
  • Organized problem solver with the ability to work as a team and possess attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of social media and technology, with the ability to motivate and lead.
Qualifications:
  • OTL/RIBO certification (required).
  • Life and Health license (LLQP) - must be able to obtain.
  • Good understanding of social media and technology.
  • Product/sales experience (required).
  • College diploma in a related field (preferred).
  • 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous insurance experience in various property and casualty disciplines (underwriting, claims, sales, or service) would be an asset.
