About the Role

Lilly is seeking an experienced Oncology Sales Consultant to drive growth and expansion of its Oncology portfolio in Canada, with a focus on the province of Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase access to and utilization of Lilly Oncology products among healthcare professionals and institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key thought leaders, clinicians, and decision-makers in the Oncology community.
  • Provide timely and relevant product information and support to customers, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial initiatives, including thought leader planning and engagement.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare system, national and regional cancer care initiatives, drug access, and therapeutic options.

Requirements

  • University degree; advanced science degree is a strong asset.
  • Well-established relationships with key Oncology centers and clinicians nationally and especially in Ontario.
  • Proven track record as a high-performing customer-facing professional in a virtual world.
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to identify opportunities through data and insights and plan solutions.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in a complex and dynamic environment.
