About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oncology Sales Consultant to join our team at Lilly. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our Oncology portfolio in Canada, with a focus on the province of Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Oncology centers and thought leaders across Canada, with a focus on Ontario.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow our Oncology portfolio, leveraging your knowledge of the healthcare system, national and regional cancer care initiatives, drug access, and therapeutic options.
  • Account Management: Provide superior customer experiences by identifying critical needs and delivering solutions at the account/center and national level.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather insights and leverage sales performance data, formulary considerations, and competitive intelligence to diagnose issues and uncover opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Effectively work with external stakeholders and internal cross-functional partners while balancing ethical, compliance, and documentation requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree; advanced science degree is a strong asset.
  • Experience: Well-established relationships with key Oncology centers and clinicians nationally and especially in Ontario.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge in Oncology, particularly in the areas of breast, thyroid, and lung cancers and precision medicines.
  • Skills: Ability to effectively engage thought leaders and other external stakeholders, strong business acumen, and exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
