About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Supervisor to join our team at KIDS CAVE EARLY LEARNING ACADEMY LTD. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement engaging and educational activities.
  • Staff Supervision and Support
    • Supervise and train staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care and education.
    • Provide guidance and support to early childhood educators and assistants to ensure they are meeting the needs of our children.
  • Child Care and Education
    • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers.
    • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
    • Lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs, and taking children to local points of interest.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Order supplies and equipment.
    • Assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records.
  • Health and Safety
    • Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children.
    • Supervise and coordinate activities of other early childhood educators and early childhood educator assistants.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings.
    • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Basic security clearance.
    • Criminal record check.
