Early Childhood Educator - Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at KIDS CAVE EARLY LEARNING ACADEMY LTD as a Lead Educator. This permanent, full-time position offers a meaningful opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Child Care and Development: Develop and implement child-care programs that support children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and support staff members to ensure a high-quality learning environment.
  • Program Implementation: Assist in the implementation of educational programs and activities that promote children's learning and development.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead activities, such as storytelling and arts and crafts, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective team.
  • Environment and Safety: Maintain a safe and stimulating environment, ensuring the health and well-being of all children in care.
  • Screening and Assessment: Conduct screening questions to determine suitability for the role and assess children's learning and behavioral needs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in early childhood education.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
