About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Supervisor to join our team at KIDS CAVE EARLY LEARNING ACADEMY LTD. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading our childcare programs and ensuring the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
    • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers.
    • Lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs, and taking children to local points of interest.
  • Childcare and Education
    • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers.
    • Encourage children to express creativity through the media of art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity.
    • Guide and assist children in the development of proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Record Keeping and Communication
    • Assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records.
    • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors.
    • Discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings.
  • Security and Safety
    • Basic security clearance.

    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field of early childhood education.
    • Or equivalent experience.
