Key Responsibilities- Implement and assess new administrative processes to enhance productivity
- Delegate tasks effectively to office support personnel
- Establish priorities for work and ensure adherence to established procedures and deadlines
- Oversee administrative functions within the organization
- Manage policies related to information access and privacy compliance
- Coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, and maintenance
- Assist in budget preparation and maintain financial controls
- Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
