About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at GUALDE AND ALBEOS FAMILY CORP. as a Childcare Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children, promoting their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Development and Education
    • Assess children's development and create personalized learning plans to meet their needs.
    • Develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
    • Lead activities that promote creativity, imagination, and learning through storytelling, teaching songs, and taking children on outings.
  • Childcare and Support
    • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers.
    • Assist co-workers with housekeeping and cooking duties.
    • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Record Keeping and Communication
    • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents or guardians.
    • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors.
    • Discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration
    • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children.
    • Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1) certification.
