Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Collaborate with our team to design and implement engaging child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.
  • Activity Planning: Plan and execute a range of activities, including storytelling, music, and art sessions, to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Child Observation: Regularly observe and assess children's progress, identifying potential learning or behavioral issues and developing strategies to support their growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our staff to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive approach to child care.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a child-care setting, preferably in a leadership or assistant role.
  • Certifications: Child development assistant (ECE level 1) and First Aid and CPR Certificates.
