We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at Westland Insurance. As a Commercial Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention
- Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate identifying their needs and providing recommendations
- Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements:
- Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build authentic client relationships
- Master time manager, with the ability to prioritize workload and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion
- Insurance broker license Level 2 or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
- 2-5 years of commercial insurance experience
