Your Role as a Manager of Cashier Service Area:

  • Strategically plan and coordinate departmental activities to achieve sales and profitability targets;
  • Ensure the store is well-prepared for customer visits regarding product availability, labeling, rotation of perishable items, and order fulfillment;
  • Organize team assignments based on operational requirements;
  • Guarantee that the team delivers exceptional customer service;
  • Oversee purchasing, inventory management, pricing, and merchandising;
  • Implement policies and procedures while adhering to hygiene and safety regulations;
  • Ensure readiness to meet customer demands;
  • Train, supervise, assess, and inspire team members;
  • Manage loss prevention strategies;
  • Adhere to departmental budgetary constraints;
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in retail;
  • 3 years of experience in the food sector.

Essential Skills:

  • Management experience (preferred);
  • Customer-focused mindset;
  • Strong communication abilities;
  • Team-oriented approach.
