Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Oversee and verify the accuracy of work and schedules.
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of financial records, including deposits and withdrawals.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and confirm appointments and meetings with clients.
- Establish office procedures and ensure deadlines are adhered to.
- Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
- Manage incoming postal mail and distribute it to the appropriate director or manager.
- Review, monitor, and respond to correspondence.
- Check inventory of office supplies, order, and maintain office equipment.
- Assist in preparing reports related to budget and employee matters.
- Supervise new staff as necessary.
