Providence Health Care is seeking a highly skilled Dietitian II Renal to join our team. As a key member of our clinical nutrition team, you will be responsible for providing expert nutritional care to patients with renal disease.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and develop individualized nutritional care plans for patients with renal disease
- Provide education and counseling to patients and families on nutrition and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Contribute to research and education activities to advance the field of renal nutrition
- Master's degree in Food and Nutrition or Dietetics from a recognized University
- Dietetic internship from a Dietitians of Canada accredited program
- Two (2) years' recent experience working with patients with renal disease
- Current registration in the College of Dietitians of British Columbia (BC)
