Administrative Assistant Opportunity at Harbourside Engineering Group

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Harbourside Engineering Group. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office and provide direct administrative support for senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office
  • Provide direct administrative support for senior management, including preparing reports and proposals
  • Answer phones and respond to emails
  • Book travel arrangements for staff
  • Review and maintain office supply inventory
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Organize office social events
  • Work with management on special projects
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum two to three years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Pro-active and creative thinker
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
