Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Social Services staff, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and training sessions.
  • Compile and prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as office administration or social services.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software.
