Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Perth Mews Pharmacy. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences; determine and establish office procedures and routines; schedule and confirm appointments; answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages; answer electronic enquiries; compile data, statistics, and other information; order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Communication: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas; set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems; type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
  • Area of Specialization: Correspondence, reports and records, manuscripts, publications, or theses.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, team player, accurate, client focus, reliability.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, permanent position, 35 to 40 hours per week, English language.
