Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Queenswood College of Business Health and Technology Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing files, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring the office is well-organized and efficient.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including responding to emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Team Support: Provide support to our team members, including training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, including conflicts and other problems that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
