RNG Immigration Consultancy Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting and payroll, with a strong understanding of financial record-keeping and bookkeeping systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Reconcile accounts
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and time management
  • Reliability and dependability
