We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Khela Excavating Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and seminars.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, including ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service, including answering electronic enquiries and compiling data, statistics, and other information.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including arranging travel and related itineraries.

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role and be fluent in English. They will work 40 hours per week and have a permanent contract.
