Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the Payroll team, you will be responsible for full cycle payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payments and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for 350+ employees bi-monthly
  • Manage benefits administration, including updates, new hire orientation, and employee status changes
  • Conduct payroll reconciliations and journal entries

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in full cycle payroll processing
  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce
  • Intermediate Excel skills
