About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Eagle Creek Ventures Inc. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate our restaurant team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, or equivalent experience.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organized, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
