Key Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring the best quality and prices.
  • Customer Relations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
