About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Sizzling Tandoor Restaurant Ltd. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring the best quality and prices.
  • Customer Relations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Customer Complaints: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

  • Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility in responding to changing situations and priorities.
