About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters in Georgetown, ON. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and cooking of high-quality meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ordering to minimize waste and optimize food costs.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all meals are prepared to order and presented in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
