Nails For You Upper Canada Mall is a reputable nail salon seeking a skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and reliable individual to oversee the daily operations of our nail salon. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling work, monitoring quality and production levels, and supervising staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedule for our nail technicians to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Monitor Quality and Production Levels: Ensure that all nail services meet our high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Supervise Staff: Provide guidance and support to our nail technicians to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Requisition and Order Materials: Source and purchase necessary materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked salon.
  • Resolve Work Problems: Address any issues or concerns that may arise during work hours and provide solutions to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train Staff: Provide training and coaching to our nail technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: We are looking for a team player who is organized, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.

  • Work Term: This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in the salon.
