We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Nails for You located in Upper Canada Mall. Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Manage Staff
    • Coordinate and schedule the activities of nail technicians and other salon staff
    • Monitor and manage staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Ensure high-quality nail services are delivered to customers
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Requisition and order necessary supplies and equipment
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Training and Development
    • Train and mentor new staff members on salon procedures and policies
    • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a nail salon or related field

    • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
