About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at NAILS FOR YOU UPPER CANADA MALL. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Manage Staff

Coordinate and schedule the activities of our nail technicians, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.

Monitor Quality and Production

Oversee the quality of our nail services, including nail enhancements, manicures, and pedicures, to ensure they meet our high standards.

Requisition and Order Supplies

Procure and manage the inventory of nail care products, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked salon.

Resolve Work Problems and Provide Technical Advice

Address any issues that may arise during service delivery, provide technical guidance to our nail technicians, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Train and Develop Staff

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of our nail technicians, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and combining sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.

Personal Suitability

Exhibit strong organizational skills, reliability, and a team player attitude, with a commitment to creating a welcoming work environment for our customers and staff.
