We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at NAILS FOR YOU UPPER CANADA MALL. Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedule for our nail technicians to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Monitor Quality and Production: Maintain high standards of quality and productivity by monitoring nail art, nail care, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee Cleaning: Ensure the salon is clean and well-maintained, including the cleaning of equipment and supplies.
  • Requisition Materials: Order and manage the inventory of nail care products, equipment, and supplies.
  • Resolve Work Problems: Address any issues or concerns that may arise during work hours, providing technical advice and guidance to our nail technicians.
  • Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to our nail technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a nail salon or related field.
  • Work Environment: Noisy and odorous work environment.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, reliable, and a team player.
