Support and Sales Representative for Fan Services

The Winnipeg Football Club is in search of a passionate and fan-oriented professional to become a part of our organization as a Customer Engagement and Ticket Sales Associate for our Blue Bombers and Valour FC teams. In this role within the sports sector, your main focus will be to deliver outstanding service to our dedicated season ticket holders and supporters while driving revenue through ticket sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional support to fans in a vibrant and fast-paced setting.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with fans to promote repeat purchases and referrals.
  • Address customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Oversee and update ticketing platforms, including processing transactions and managing refunds.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Blue Bombers and Valour FC games, events, promotions, and ticket offerings to effectively engage with fans.
  • Facilitate group sales and assist in the organization of events.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve sales objectives and enhance revenue.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for sports and a commitment to creating a memorable experience for fans.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ticketing software.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and achieve sales goals.
