The Winnipeg Football Club is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fan Service and Ticket Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional fan service and generating revenue through ticket sales.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Exceptional Fan Service: Develop strong relationships with fans to encourage repeat sales and referrals.
- Generate Revenue through Ticket Sales: Meet sales targets and work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to promote ticket packages and events.
- Manage Ticketing Systems: Process orders, issue refunds, and maintain knowledge of ticket packages and events.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work together to meet sales targets and promote ticket sales.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- 1 Year of Experience in Customer Service and/or Sales
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Ability to Work Flexible Hours
- Exceptional Organizational and Multitasking Skills
- Passion for Sports and Customer Service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Ticketing Systems
