Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets by providing quotes and selling new policies to customers. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, and meeting insurance sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Meet insurance sales targets
- Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
- Manage and build customer relationships
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
- Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business
Requirements
- No experience required, training provided for the right candidate
- RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License an asset
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
- Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
- Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
- Working experience in EPIC an asset
What We Offer
- Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $67,000
