The Winnipeg Football Club is on the lookout for a passionate and fan-oriented professional to join our organization as a Customer Engagement and Ticket Sales Associate for our Blue Bombers and Valour FC teams. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering outstanding fan support to our dedicated season ticket holders and supporters while driving revenue through ticket sales.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional service to fans in a lively and fast-paced atmosphere.
- Establish and nurture relationships with fans to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Address customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Oversee and update ticketing systems, including processing transactions and managing refunds.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Blue Bombers and Valour FC games, events, promotions, and ticket offerings to effectively engage with fans.
- Facilitate group sales and assist in the organization of events.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve sales objectives and enhance revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service and/or sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- A genuine enthusiasm for sports and a commitment to creating an unforgettable fan experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ticketing platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team setting and achieve sales goals.
