The Winnipeg Football Club is in search of a passionate and fan-oriented professional to join our organization as a Customer Engagement and Ticket Sales Associate for our Blue Bombers and Valour FC teams. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding fan support to our dedicated season ticket holders and supporters while driving revenue through ticket sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional service to fans in a vibrant and fast-paced atmosphere.
- Establish and nurture relationships with fans to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Address customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Oversee and update ticketing platforms, including processing orders and managing refunds.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Blue Bombers and Valour FC games, events, promotions, and ticket offerings to effectively engage with fans.
- Facilitate group sales and assist in the organization of events.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve sales objectives and enhance revenue generation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service and/or sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- A genuine enthusiasm for sports and a commitment to creating a memorable fan experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ticketing software.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team setting and achieve sales goals.
