Your Contributions:- Offer administrative assistance to the Administrative Director and Medical Director/Chief of the Medicine and Hospitalist Program.
- Facilitate the daily operations within the Program and aid in strategic planning and visioning.
- Engage with various stakeholders, building relationships within the Health Centre and with community partners.
- Address inquiries and requests, or redirect them as necessary.
- Completion of a College Diploma in Office Administration along with three years of experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
- Proficient typing skills (60 wpm).
- Strong understanding of office protocols.
- Excellent command of Windows and office applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Visio, SurveyMonkey).
- Experience in creating and managing LearnFlex modules.
- Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Ability to meet goals and objectives within designated time frames.
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Adept at researching information, analyzing data, and composing reports while maintaining confidentiality.
- Proven track record of excellent attendance.
