Job Title: HR Specialist - HRIS and Payroll

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist to join our team at Sentrex Health Solutions Inc. as a key member of our Human Resources department.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various aspects of the Human Resources function, including HR Information System (HRIS), payroll, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist employees with Pension and Group Insurance Plan enrollment process.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees about the Pension and Group Insurance plan.
  • Coordinate with financial institutions on Pension and Group Insurance Plan transfers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all Pension and Group Insurance accounts.
  • Process regular Pension and Group Insurance contributions from payroll deductions.
  • Provide HRIS system support to employees and managers.
  • Maintain HR data integrity and conduct system audits.
  • Assist with the design and maintenance of HR metric dashboards.
  • Assist Payroll Specialist with the accurate processing of bi-weekly payroll.
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with HRIS systems.
  • 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data.
  • Understanding of federal, provincial payroll laws.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
