Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Profit Centre Administrator/Reception to join our team at EMCO Corporation. As a key member of our wholesale distribution team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Profit Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Handle incoming customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage filing, paperwork, office supplies, cash sales transactions, banking, and report reconciliation.
  • Vendor Management: Process purchase orders, verify invoices, and resolve vendor payables issues.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports, analyze data, and provide insights to improve business operations.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the Profit Centre Team to achieve business objectives and support the growth of the company.
Requirements
  • Education: Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; College and/or University degree an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office software, excellent customer service and verbal communication skills, high level of accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Preferred Skills: Previous experience with or knowledge of plumbing and building products sold at the Profit Centre.
